It was the most luxurious relaxing experience I've had in a very long time. I actually fell asleep at one stage. Amy was just so lovely, professional and can highly recommend her to anyone even just thinking of giving yourself some pampering.

“One of the most wonderful experiences I have had. From the moment I walked in I felt calm and was pleasantly greeted. I received an age defying facial, full body scrub and a half hour massage and each treatment was spectacular. The products they used on my skin were exceptional, they felt purifying and smelt like a tropical holiday, I believe they used botanical products and I could tell the scents weren’t fake or overpowering.
My whole experience with Maria was fantastic and I cannot recommend this spa highly enough, I will definitely be back.

“I just had a brazilian and underarm wax with Kirsty. She is amazing! Very professional, calm and reassuring. She did a marvelous job. Staff are welcoming. The room is very clean, spacious and relaxing. The place is located inside the Oaks hotel, beside the reception. You actually need to park/go via Hibiscus street not at the Esplanade. (It's my first time so I got lost). Also, better book in advance as they can get pretty busy especially during the weekends.”

I also recommend their facials & microdermabrasions (yes they do include the neck). I’ve been attending the spa for 7 months and will keep returning. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and it has a beautiful, welcoming aesthetic.

“Have just moved to the Bay and was keen to find my new spa , did my research , today I was warmly greeted by Deb and then met Maria my therapist. I had 30min massage and 30min facial, both were absolutely perfect , love the room, the cleanliness, the products used were beautiful. Maria was everything a professional Beauty Therapist should be her massage techniques were excellent, and facial brilliant, when you can feel the warmth and care through your therapist you’re in spa heaven. Upon leaving I met Kirsty the owner , again the Spa is a credit to her and her team.
